The Journal of Social and Economic Studies (JSES), is a half yearly journal brought out by the A N Sinha Institute of Social Studies – an autonomous institute under Govt. of Bihar and supported by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, Govt. of India. The journal has a broad thematic orientation on 'Development and Change'. Being interdisciplinary, JSES publishes articles that touch upon topical social, economic and political issues in a holistic framework.
